Follow-up Comment #2:
Patch to give third (bugreport address) and fourth (tarball name) parameter to
AC_INIT() attached. As tarball name is explicitly defined different from it,
capitalized project name.
This makes sense to apply even to S2_5, for the sake of improved 'configure
--help' and to proactively avoid problems with GNU tools expecting this
additional information (like is case with the S2_6/TRUNK gettext bootstrap
files).
