Details:
bug #24147 made a quick fix for then-current case, but the general problem of
hardcoded votebar size allocations remain.
I'm getting the same
"gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -x and
height yyy"
error on client start on msys2 setup when there's plenty of screen space
(maybe it's limited to initial freeciv window size) By commenting out votebar
creation the error goes away, so this is certainly the same problem.
