Details:
TRUNK already has this (as part of bigger change), but it makes sense to clean
this part of build system in S2_6 already;
Instead of hacking libtool parameter --preserve-dup-deps in to name of the
libtool program to use, set it via AM_LIBTOOLFLAGS and only in that one
directory where it's needed, client/.
This requires automake-1.10, so minimum automake version (in S2_6) gets bumped
a bit. Automake 1.10 was released 15 Oct 2006, so it will be over ten years
old by the time freeciv-2.6.0-final will be released.
