Details:
It has had no effect, as there's no previous value (potentially 'yes') to
override and the value 'no' that it erroneously failed to assign is not
explicitly needed (comparison is against 'yes', and empty is no more 'yes'
than 'no' is)
Fix attached nevertheless.
