Details:
Since 2.5.3 will be released from separate cherry-picking branch, and S2_5
version number will not be increased in the release process, it needs to be
increased separately. In fact, it makes sense not to wait until 2.5.3 has been
released, but to bump version number in S2_5 already when bug #24379 has been
committed there, at which point S2_5 contains everything 2.5.3 release will
(assuming no new adjustment needs).
