Details:
1) Go to edit mode
2) Open property editor
3) Select a new nation for the player
4) Apply
5) Select again new nation for the player
Notice how the radiobutton of the nation selected in step 3 remains selected.
It does not react to anything any more. If you apply the second change, you
can't change back to the previous one (the button really does nothing, does
not only appear that way).
All gtk-clients affected. Reproduced on TRUNK and S2_6, S2_5 not tested.
