Details:
Currently Indicator icons are GtkPixcomms. Make them GtkImages instead.
gtk3-client sets images from pixbufs created from sprites. gtk3x-client sets
them directly from the sprite surfaces, with the functions available since
gtk+-3.10.
This makes me wonder how much performance loss there is in the way we convert
cairo surfaces (from sprites) to various different formats we can feed to gtk,
which finally uses cairo in the low level.
