Details:
When taking fresh svn checkout, one has to run ./autogen.sh before the
architecture detection in win32/installer_msys2/Makefile works.
'make snapshot' runs autogen.sh, but only when it has already got dummy arch
information itself, resulting in an attempt to 'make buildable-win'
