Follow-up Comment #6, patch #6882 (project freeciv):
At this point I'm afraid that even if this patch was finished in time, I would
not have time to check and see it through to svn as a maintainer in time for
not risking S2_6 d3f. If no other maintainer takes the task (any volunteers?),
we'll have to leave this to 3.0.
Hopefully this is not a really bad thing, as you've had plans to implement
several features to work together in you desired setup, so having just one of
the features in 2.6 already would not really solve things.
