Follow-up Comment #1, bug #24463 (project freeciv):
The "marketplace" issue is just in the wording of the message. Caravans
getting the bonus even when they cannot establish new trade route has nothing
to do with "Marketplace" building.
We have a bit similar problem with Granary being a concept and a specific
building (Granary affects behavior of Granary...)
Also, there's city workers and a Worker unit.
