Details:
It seems that msys2 environment is the first Windows environment where freeciv
is being used that requires use of '\\' as directory separator. This ticket is
about adding support for that.
- Freeciv internal paths should be set correctly compile time
- Paths in datafiles are expected to use '/', and freeciv converts those as
needed
