Details:
It is possible to change diplomacy relations via the editor but again you have
to go a cumbersome way:
Put in the nation a Marco Polos Embassy into a city, make contact between the
two nations, switch into the respective nation to set the terms, agree and do
the same thing with the counterpart.
Would be nice if you could control it via the property editor and setting
everybody by default to peace to form easier alliances between nations,
otherwise everybody has to be put on peace manually with everybody before that
is possible.
Mind that you can only change relationships if the player is put on
Unassigned.
