Details:
If there's multiple scenario files with different savegame format version,
list only the one with latest version number, except that never list those
that have even higher version number than the client itself -> incompatible
ones.
This patch takes care of gtk-clients.
The practical need for this already manifests itself in bug #24053.
S2_6 and TRUNK versions have a difference in how the current version number is
calculated. TRUNK has the version number multiplied by 100 compared to S2_6,
and emergency version part 0-99 added.
