Details:
Documentation claims that AttFromNonNative unit can launch attach.
Fix for S2_5 and S2_6 attached, and going to commit to these branches
already.
Comment in stub ruleset was also otherwise out-of-sync from other rulesets.
In TRUNK this would conflict with patch #7132, so waiting until we get that
one handled.
