Details:
Player info packet contains static size multipliers space for maximum
multiplier count. Those multipliers that are not used in the current ruleset,
are sent uninitialized (causing a lot of warnings on valgrind, makign delta
protocol to send unnecessary "changes")
Attached fix makes it to send only multipliers in use.
