Details:
There's one known regression relative to 2.5.3 at the moment; bug #24603. Fix
is in testing already.
It would also be nice to be able to confirm that build does not break with
gcc6 that's being released soon (has RC2 at the moment) and which is likely to
be in some of the distribution releases where freeciv-2.5.4 will be.
There are some open tickets about S2_5 crashes. I don't know if anyone has
time to do anything to those before 2.5.4.
