Details:
Removes the following warning and assertion faults:
(freeciv-gtk3x:14560): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to
underallocate GtkPaned's child GtkNotebook 0x1a66950. Allocation is 21x478,
but minimum required size is 784x389.
(freeciv-gtk3x:14560): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_box_gadget_distribute: assertion
'size >= 0' failed in GtkNotebook
(freeciv-gtk3x:14560): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to
underallocate GtkNotebook's child GtkGrid 0x2057f50. Allocation is 19x439, but
minimum required size is 782x350.
(freeciv-gtk3x:14560): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to
underallocate GtkNotebook's child GtkGrid 0x206b130. Allocation is 19x439, but
minimum required size is 48x54.
(freeciv-gtk3x:14560): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_box_gadget_distribute: assertion
'size >= 0' failed in GtkNotebook
