Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24540 (project freeciv):
The "_raw()" is in TRUNK only, so assuming some TRUNK svn HEAD at the date
this was reported.
At least some multipliers/policies were uninitialized in the player info
package at that time (mainly bug #24611)
