Details:
I just uploaded a new msys2 env version I've compiled (not with a compiler,
but by picking packages) to:
http://download.gna.org/freeciv/packages/windows/testing/cazfi/installer_msys2/envs/
Attached patch makes related updates to README.msys2
(The new env is the official one only when README.msys2 says so - in practice;
when this patch goes in)
