So now I've looked this a bit. Am I correct that:
- This is really only about gtk3x-client as gtk3-client has been defined to be
on gtk+-3.8 level (probably to be changed so that also gtk+-3.10 stuff gets
allowed)
- The code change and the theme change depend on each other
So it seems that this would depend on separating theme for gtk3x-client from
gtk3-client theme as the code will require them to be bit different. Such an
separation was already expected around this point (3.20) where the css changes
were on the roadmap.
