Details:
Fix all of the errors of the form:
The :xxx pseudo-class is deprecated. Use :yyy instead.
In practice:
- :insensitive -> :disabled
- :prelight -> :hover
- :focused -> :focus
All the errors where no direct replacement has been given are left untouched.
