Details:

645 SVG validation errors + 2 warnings at https://validator.w3.org/check
reduced to 0 errors + 0 warnings.

The attached Freeciv_Logo.svg.patch is huge, maybe it is simpler to replace
the old SVG by the new SVG, attached as trunk.Freeciv_Logo.svg

Remaining issues, not everybody has Bitstream Vera (I had to install it), and
not everybody has URW Chancery L (I found no working font for this nit, URW
Chancery L Medium or Regular are not good enough for whatever rsvg-convert
tries to do.) I'm also not sure that these fonts are GPL compatible.

The Windows server icon in the SVG apparently does not work as it should, but
I think it's anyway unused (?) Caveat: The SVG uses a raster image in the same
folder (it is not embedded as data:), i.e., it only works with
data/graphics/logo+splash/earth_cutout.png
