I'm not sure what the intended relationship between Ampliohexbig and Hexemplio
is. Is Hexemplio meant to be a straight copy of Ampliohexbig (if so, why the
new name)?
(Compare task #7951, which is about publishing 2.5 Ampliohexbig to
modpack.freeciv.org. Possibly a job to be done at the same time as this one.)
