Details:
There are some minor http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/Freeciv-manual oddities:
In part 2 (server commands) exactly one of 52 h3 section headers is broken,
instead of one line === foo === it ends up as two lines === foo EOL === for
"cancelvote - Cancel a running vote."
In part 3 (terrain help) arctic + desert oil get the same image ts.oil.png
(desert oil), but File:Ts.arctic_oil.png exists and is used on related pages
(outside of the freeciv-manual test pages for 2.[456].)
Part 4 (buildings help) and 5 (wonders help) both consist of a table; those
tables aren't closed at the end.
