Follow-up Comment #1:

Attached fix removes gameseed setting (use default of 0 instead of fixed
seed). This (randomly set) seed matters only when starting the game from the
scenario file where random state is not saved. Once player saves a game as a
normal savegame, random state gets saved, and after reloading that random
state is what matters, not the seed.
