Details:
It should be possible to make both win32 and win64 builds from the same msys2
environment that has both sides included, but for now we make separate
environments, and make them so that the host arch match target arch (msys2 for
i686 used to build win32, msys2 for x86_64 used to build win64). Still, we'd
like both environments to have same versions of the software packages. For
that reason I'm about to make new version of also the win32 environment (one
that match win64 environment being released at the same time).
