Details:
Redesigned chat and messagess.
They are placed vertically.
In normal mode, there is only 3 lines of chat visible.
When user hits enter on mapview or clicks lineedit,
messages are hidden and chat takes all place.
When user hits escape or leaves chat, normal mode is restored.
Basically it takes much less space than previous one.
