Follow-up Comment #1:
WIP patches
- Make baseline 160729
- Adjust paths in the Makefile accordingly ('make install' now places files to
arch specific location)
- Update some dll file names
- Add qt packages. This change is very experimental. Qt increases size of the
env package significantly, so I'll include it in final version only if it adds
value; 160627 didn't include its then current version because qt-client and
ruledit were not working with it.
