Follow-up Comment #4, bug #24860 (project freeciv):

I did, and (screen)shot(ted) it just this morning.
At startup, the main window is incompletely drawn when it is presented at
first. After Hide/Show, everything's fine.
Today's 2.5.5+, and I see this since 2 weeks or so.
GTK3.
