Follow-up Comment #5, bug #24908 (project freeciv):
FWIW, _"the right part of the dialog window reaches out of the screen, make it
impossible to use the close button at once"_ is something I sometimes also get
with gtk2 and LANG=C. IOW it is not limited to "new", gtk3, LANG=de, or city
dialogues from my POV.
