Yes -> In TRUNK both gtk3- and gtk3.22-client are affected, in S2_6
gtk3.22-client.
The more serious consequence of the bug is that NO overlay is shown for
present units (it's not only the upkeep icons, for which the behavior is
correct, that are left out) Lack of activity icons (whether present unit is
fortified to city or not) hinders usability.
