Details:
Msys2 environment has gtk+-3.22 and thus gtk3.22-client is built. There's no
point to build also gtk3-client that does not take advantage of the gtk+
version available. Drop gtk3-client installer build.
S3_0 version attached.
In addition to applying the patch, remove from svn:
windows/installer_msys2/create-freeciv-gtk3-nsi.sh
windows/installer_msys2/freeciv-gtk3.cmd
