Translators who commit directly will obviously see some change to their workflow; I don't have details yet. Moving to git tools would obviously be best, but it looks like Github supports using svn clients to modify git repositories, so it looks like you won't have to learn new tools if you don't want to. Translators who submit files for others to commit won't see any difference.
