In git.1a5417c the old version of FreeColDialog has finally gone away,
and with it the getResponse family of bugs. Or at least I can not
reproduce it any more. As previously admitted, there are
look-and-feel issues outstanding, and doubtless new bugs. Definitely
time for some play testing. Good thing there are holidays coming up.

With the dialog work winding down it is worth thinking about the next
release. Any further thoughts on other things that *must* make it into
0.11.0? I am still hoping to implement more of the missing European
diplomacy (including fixing Franklin) as that will require some new
state information to get into the save format.

Further down the track (post-release), just like this time last year
we are still supporting an obsolete Java version (1.6 / 6). Having
been over all the dialogs recently, I have seen quite a bit of code
littered with @SuppressWarnings that could be cleaner with Java 7
features. Require Java 7 in 2014?

Cheers,
Mike Pope
