A suggestion, why dont we send people who wanna unsub a survey, analysing their reasons-- which if they fill and mail in, they wud be manually removed ???
Probably it will tell us a bit about some of their dissatisfactions with this list-- and help us tailor our own conduct so that people are happier and have lesser reason to unsubscribe ?
