OVERVIEW Community-first and Community-centric precept is baked in the DNA of The SoftwareFreedom project and SoftwareHub community. We share with the community and we belong to the community. We get energised because of the social interactions with the community. What holds a community together is TRUST. A community that seeks to be highly successful in the short-term (think 10 years) and highly influential in the long-run (think 50 years) needs to uphold TRUST at all times. These are two 'non-negotiables' in our community. If someone breaks our trust, (s)he is not part of the community. We don't subordinate or surrender our commitment towards 'TRUST' and 'JUSTICE' to any consideration whatsoever under any circumstance. It is part of our culture and value system. حالاوة العطاء من حالاوة الاءخذ. This helps us raise 'social' capital and 'social' energy that we can channelize towards our community goals. Corporations find it hard to survive beyond a decade whereas Communities have flourished for centuries and continue to grow. Communities have no ulterior motive. Inshallah, we will make our mark !
