the "domain registrar" change status can be seen from WHOIS info https://whois.com/whois/nishan.io Operationally we won't be affected as long as the nameserver information is not mutated during the course of transfer. FWIW, the nameserver we use is not that of the "transferring from" domain registrar. warm regards Saifi.
