Based on my recent analysis and also some preliminary discussions with you, the following strategy should be adopted going forward SPLIT along protocol lines for community "content | communication" and for developer "environment". In effect this means two parallel non-overlapping swimlanes. HTTPS a. for all documentation, website and community centric content, email communication, we signup with a "web hosting" service provider. SSH b. for developer centric work ie. project work, compiler toolchain builds, automation, packaging, git repo, bug tracking, key server etc, we sign up with a "unmanaged VM hosting" service provider.
