It requires the following
0. Assume the event is intended to happen on YYYY_MM_DD.
1. Clone the website git repo and create a branch $USER/event/YYYY_MM_DD.
2. Write the details of the event in markdown format in a file YYYY_MM_DD.md
3. Create a cover photo of size 1200x675px in a file YYYY_MM_DD.xcf
4. Commit the changes to your branch and raise a PR.
