Merhaba: Two queries,
1. Is there any inherent value in creating partition on a NVME SSD of say 1Tb, 2TB or higher ? 2. Assuming a single partition that spans the entire device, does the alignment of the partition have any any impact on backup tools ? For the record, i intend to create a partition that's aligned in Mebibytes eg. mkpart primary xfs 1Mib 100% Please share your experience and observations. warm regards Saifi.
