PageKite (http://pagekite.org/) was created explicitly with the aim of
helping FreedomBox-like devices expose public HTTP servers in spite of
adverse networking conditions.

We've refocused our efforts somewhat to target web developers (gotta pay the
bills somehow), but our hearts are still firmly in the 'own your data' camp
and the code is and will remain free and open. :-)
