For indoor operation, 0-40 C is more than enough temperature range, though

In parts of the world lacking air conditioning, indoors can easily
exceed 40c. Quite a lot of the world lacked air conditioning, last I
looked.
Last summer my home in Kansas didn't exceed 40c but it got pretty dang
close. The one electric fan that was on all the time was aimed at the
suspended-in-air DSL modem/router which behaved badly when hot.
