We have not disabled the account. We warned you that you would have to take action soon because your trial was about to end. As I have now repeatedly explained to you (on Twitter and in private e-mail), there is a free (as in beer) option available, which actually did not exist when you signed up. The technology is free (as in freedom) software, which can be used independently of the service, which is why it has been mentioned here. The service is actually run in the spirit of the FreedomBox - in that it costs money and respects your privacy instead of providing a "free" service in exchange for spying and advertising, but that's probably neither here nor there for this discussion.
