Hi George,
Actually, all the files are generated after you run make. The thing you need
to do is to assemble these files and copy to a floppy disk or a hard disk.
An easy way to do this is that you download the floppy image from
http://freedos-32.sourceforge.net/downloads.php
and then replace the binary files in it.

The kernel is fd32.bin, and the modules will be in fd32/modules directory.
