I am trying to do a boot disk with all USBCD drives to help installing windows on mb's that can't boot from USBCD.
The problem is that after running windows 98 setup from cdrom Win98 initialise the graphic mode and the next message it's a window with: "Windows 98 needs at least 16Mb of memory to install". Clicking OK brings me back to dos prompt.
I have 64 Mb of memory and even MSD from win98 cdrom tells me that I have 64Mb.
Anyone have an ideea why ? I tried all combinations with fdxms, himem.exe even himem.sys from win98 no success.
Thanks, Nicu Pavel.
