well configure.in is at least small :) Anyway it's Bernd's decision.

depends if they were used for compilation or not. The guy distributing the
binary must distribute the corresponding source code.

It these files were used to produce the distributed edlin.exe then they
must be redistributed. Otherwise at least the GPL doesn't require it.
