Oh good grief, now I, as a person agitating for more open public domain software both
within FreeDOS and outside of it, am being joined with Microsoft in its role of the
archetypical promoter of closed software. A foul viper is in your midst, FreeDOS is
in peril!

What's next? Everybody who doesn't agree with the more extreme Open Source/Free
Software positions is a felonious bunny-stomping cauliflower-eating
toilet-bowl-drinking deviate-in-training?

Less colorfully stated, public domain software is further away from the Microsoft
practices you dislike than the open source software practices you do like. FreeDOS
could well stand to have more of it.
