As long as you don't use compressed images, images that add a header (such as an executable stub to write the image to floppy), then all rawrite compatible programs should be compatible with the images for reading/writing. That is, as long as it is just a raw disk image (which I believe is what diskcopy does, and rawrite/rawread do) then yes it should be compatible.
