My considering converting to FreeDOS was because of some recent problems with my system, some of which were problems in Windoze. Eventually (over the course of this weekend) I had to reformat my hard drive. Now that that's over with, I have a few more questions:
What system drivers are installed with FreeDOS (other than monitor, keyboard, & maybe the A:\
drive)?
What utilities are recommended for download management, internet browser, & virus/trojan/worm
detection & removal?
Is there an equivalent of Dialup Networking in the FreeDOS system?
If not, what options are available for connecting?
This last is because I use bellsouth as my isp, & I go thru that utility.
