Not in case of UMB. I don't know how much memory MS-DOS count "enough"
for loading .COM into UMB, but this value definitely less 64k.

I have the .COM program, which will work incorrectly when loaded into
small UMB region. This is because it doesn't checks how much of memory it
have and, thus, "overwrites" adjacent (ROM or video memory) blocks.
